What is a Medium Duty Commercial Microwave ?
A medium duty commercial microwave is a cross between a light duty and heavy duty microwave. It tends to run on more watts then a light duty microwave (1000) but does not cook or heat up as fast as heavy duty microwave. A medium duty commercial microwave is ideal when not cooking in heavy volumes and perfect when you do cook more then once or twice a day with your microwave. These types of microwaves are typically found in smaller mom and pop eateries and restaurants.
